We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any a lot more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
